CFTC grants relief for swap clearings

In response to a letter sent by the American Bankers Association, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission has provided enforcement relief for bank holding companies and savings and loan holding companies with consolidated assets of $10 billion or less regarding its swap clearing requirements under the Commodity Exchange Act.
