The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s unopposed motion for leave to intervene in U.S. v. Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC has been stayed. A settlement is pending in the False Claims Act whistleblower case in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (Sherman Division), in which the bureau was seeking to make sure that confidential supervisory information remained confidential.
